Soil Moisture Sensor Module

The Soil Moisture Sensor Module is used to detect the moisture level in soil and determine whether the soil is dry or wet. It can be inserted into the soil to measure moisture and is useful for plant monitoring and automatic irrigation projects. The module has an onboard potentiometer to adjust the moisture detection threshold. It provides a digital output of HIGH (5V) when the moisture level exceeds the set threshold and LOW (0V) when it is below the threshold. An indicator LED shows the digital output status. Some versions also provide an analog output that can be connected to a microcontroller’s ADC pin to measure changes in moisture levels. This sensor is suitable for Arduino-based gardening, plant monitoring, and automatic watering systems.
